    Aberdeen has overtaken Edinburgh and Glasgow as Scotland's letting hotspot, according to new figures.

    Rental prices are said to have soared, with the area witnessing the highest growth of Scotland's three major cities in the past year.

    Such is the demand for properties that Aberdeen is now more expensive than Edinburgh and Glasgow to rent a one or two bedroom property, the report said.
