Leasing Information:
- References will be required from your current employer and/or previous Landlord. A credit check will be also be undertaken by Equifax.
- One month's rent will be payable in advance together with a deposit equivalent to one month's rent.
- The lease will be in terms of our standard lease agreement.
- An Independent inventory will be carried out at the start of the lease and a re-check at termination. A fee will be payable by successful tenants to cover the same. Terms and conditions are available on request.
Properties Required
We have a requirement for properties that are suitable to be converted into student accommodation. We can carry out works required to meet the HMO standard and deal with the application. Please give us a call.
