  1. Leasing Information:
  3. 1 References will be required from your current employer and/or previous Landlord. A credit check will be also be undertaken.
  5. 2. One month's rent will be payable in advance together with a deposit equivalent to one month's rent
  7. 3 The lease will be in terms of our standard lease agreement
  9. 4 An Independent inventory will be carried out at the start of the lease and a re-check at termination. A fee will be payable by successful tenants to cover the same Terms and conditions are available on request
